Job Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments

• Administer prescribed medications

• Support therapeutic interventions

• Monitor patients’ emotional and behavioral states

• Document care plans and patient progress

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)

• 1–2 years’ experience in mental health nursing

• Certification in mental health or psychiatric nursing preferred

• Excellent communication and empathy

• Current CPR and safety training
