Job Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and health assessments

• Provide immunizations, screenings, and education

Qualifications

• RN license with the CRNPEI

• Community or public health nursing experience

• Driver’s license required

• Strong communication and cultural competency

• Health promotion certification preferred
