Job Responsibilities

• Monitor chronic conditions and manage medications

• Assist with mobility and fall prevention

• Coordinate care with families and caseworkers

• Deliver wound care and nutritional support

• Document care plans and daily progress

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB)

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred

• Geriatric or dementia care certification is an asset

• Excellent patience and empathy

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
