Job Responsibilities

  • Care for adult patients pre- and post-surgery

  • Administer medications and monitor progress

  • Assist with ADLs, dressing changes, and wound care

  • Document changes and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Provide discharge education

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license with the CNO

  • 1+ year med-surg experience

  • Strong time management and communication

  • CPR certification

  • Knowledge of electronic health records
