CAD Staffing Inc. is recruiting a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join a mental health team in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This role focuses on inpatient psychiatric care and crisis intervention.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess mental health status and risk factors

  • Administer psychotropic medications and monitor effects

  • De-escalate crises with therapeutic interventions

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and families

  • Maintain confidential mental health records

Qualifications

  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

  • 2 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience

  • CPI or de-escalation training an asset

  • Strong observational and empathy skills

  • Mental health nursing certification preferred
